Imperative sentence आज्ञार्थी वाक्य
अवतरण चिन्हातील वाक्य Imperative sentence आज्ञार्थी वाक्य असेल तर त्या वाक्याचे Indirect Speech पुढील प्रमाणे करावे.
1. Reporting Verb बदलणे.
2. to या preposition चा वापर करुन क्रियापदाची Infinitive करुन वाक्य जोडणे.
3. वाक्य रचनेतील बदल करणे.
4. अवतरण चिन्हातील वाक्य Imperative Sentence असेल तरी खालील गोष्टींचे बदल सामाईक नियमांप्रमाणे करावेत-
A. पुरुषवाचक सर्वनामांत Personal Pronouns
B. Time and nearness
1. अवतरण चिन्हातील वाक्य Imperative असेल तर Reporting verb 'said' किंवा इतर असेल तर Indirect करताना 'अवतरण चिन्हातील direct speech च्या वाक्यातील संदर्भ लक्षात घेऊन reporting लिहावे.

2. Suggest - Suggested
3. Request - Requested
4. Advise - Advised
5. Notice - noticed

2. Reporting verb चे वाक्य व अवतरण चिन्हांतील direct speech चे वाक्य जोडण्यासाठी ' to' या preposition चा वापर करून वाक्यातील क्रियापदाची infinitive करावी.

3. अवतरण चिन्हांतील Direct Speech च्या Imperative Sentence वाक्याची रचना Indirect करताना त्याचे रुपांतर ' to, नंतर direct speech मधील Verb, त्यानंतर वाक्यातील Object' व इतर शब्द' अशी करावी. या वाक्यात कर्ता नसतो त्याचा उल्लेख करू नये.

A. पुरुषवाचक सर्वनामांत Personal Pronouns.
1. Sahil said, "Bind roap with me"
Sahil ordered to bind roap with him.
3. Shankara said "Bring milk for you."
Shankara ordered to bring milk for him.
4. Sanjay said, "Build house for us."
Sanjay requested to build house for them.
B. Time and nearness
1. Sahil said, "Today, sing song".
Sahil ordered to sing song on that day.
2. Disha said, "Tomorrow, go to school".
Disha suggested to go to school on the next day.
3. He said, " Yesterday, read story".
He advised to read story on the previous day.
4. You said, "Tonight, give pen".
You requested to give pen on that night.
5. People said, "Next week, play cricket."
People advised to play cricket on the following week.
5. अवतरण चिन्हातील direct speech Let ने सुरू होत असेल तर indirect करताना Reporting verb suggested to लिहावे, Conjunction that वापरावे आणि वाक्याची सुरुवात they should अशी करावी.
1. He said, "Let, jump in water."
He Suggested that they should jump in water.
2. She said, " Let, clean the floor."
She suggested that they should clean the floor.
3. Disha said, "Let, write letter."
Disha suggested that they should write letter.
4. Dipak said, "Let, play cricket."
Dipak suggested that they should play cricket.
5. They said, "Let walk speedly."
They suggested that they should walk speedly.
