Plural अ नेकवचन Noun चे अनेकवचन plural करणे हे शुल्लक असले तरी महत्त्वाचे आहे सहज एखाद्या noun चे plural बनवण्यास सांगितले तर आपण 's' प्रत्यय लावतो पण कधी कधी त्याचे plural वेगळेच असते ,  मग plural नक्की कसे तयार करावे ? त्यासाठी plural बनवण्याचे नियम जाणून घेऊ आणि अभ्यास करू .   अनेकवचन तयार करण्याचे नियम S प्रत्यय लावून अनेकवचन तयार करणे 1. बहुतेक एकवचनी नामाला ‘ S ’ हा प्रत्यय लावून त्याचे अनेकवचन तयार होते . Pen – Pens , Hand – Hands , Tale – Tales , Rat – Rats , Room – Rooms 2. नामाच्या शेवटी y असून त्यापूर्वी एखादा स्वर (a, e, i, o, u) येत असेल तर त्या नामाचे अनेकवचनसुद्धा S जोडूनच होते .
