आज आपण  'too---to' चा अभ्यास करूया.

परीक्षेत Use 'too--to'/Make `Simple Sentence`असे प्रश्न विचारतात.


'Too__To' म्हणजे काय?

`Too` हे एक Adverb-क्रियाविशेषण आहे.

`Too` चा अर्थ खूप, जास्त, वाजवी पेक्षा जास्त, आवश्यकते पेक्षा जास्त अशा अर्थाने केला जातो तसेच `to` या preposition चा वापर करुन वाक्यातील क्रियापदाची Infinitive करतात.


`too—to` केव्हा वापरावे?

जेव्हा दोन वाक्यांचा परस्परांशी संबंध कारण परिणामाचा असतो किंवा एखाद्या घटनेच्या परिणामा मागील जे कारण आहे ते सांगायचे असते तेव्हा `too—to` चा उपयोग केला जातो.

दोन वाक्ये एकत्र जोडण्यासाठी `too—to`चा वापर केला जातो.

`too---to` चा वापर करुन Simple Sentence बनवले जाते.


वाक्यात `too__to`कसे वापरावे?

Use 'too--to'

He was tired. He can not run fast.

वरील दोन्ही वाक्य भिन्न आहेत पण त्यांचा सबंध एकमेकांना बरोबर कारण व परिणाम असा आहे आणि तो too__to वापर करून व्यक्त करायचा आहे.

He was tired. या वाक्यात असलेल्या क्रियापदापूर्वी too चा वापर क्रियाविशेषण म्हणून करावा. त्याचा अर्थ वाजवी पेक्षा जास्त, आवश्यकते पेक्षा जास्त असा होतो. too tired. आणि He can not run fast. या दुसऱ्या वाक्यातील क्रियापादापुर्वी to चा वापर करुन वाक्यातील क्रियापदाची Infinitive करावी. या दोन्ही  वाक्यातील कर्ता एकच असल्याने सामाईक भाग होतो तो वगळला. वरील दोन्ही वाक्यात too__to वापरून He was too tired to run fast. अशाप्रकारे एक वाक्य तयार होते.

Example:

He was tired. He can not run fast.

He was too tired to run fast.


Use `too---to` and Make `Simple Sentence`

`too---to`चा वापर केलेले वाक्य `Simple Sentence`असते. वरील पद्धतीचा वापर करून आपण दोन वाक्य एकत्र जोडून `Simple Sentence`मध्ये करू शकतो.

Example:

King was brave. He can win war.

King was too brave to win war.


`So---that` च्या वाक्यात `too---to` चा वापर 

Remove 'so---that`

वाक्यात जेथे so लिहिले आहे ते काढावे त्या ऐवजी too हे क्रियाविशेषण वापरावे. that ने जोडून लिहिलेल्या वाक्यातील क्रियापद कोणत्याही काळात असले तरी त्याचे वर्तमान काळातील रूप घेवून त्यापूर्वी to वापरून infinitive करावे. येथे simple sentence करत असताना दोन्ही वाक्याचा कर्ता एक करून पुनरावृत्ती करु नये दोन्हीचे मिळून एकवाक्य करावे.

Example:

Peak was so high that he can not go up.

Peak was too high to go up.

आज आपण `So---that` चा अभ्यास करूया.


परीक्षेत Use `So---that` /Make `Complex Sentence`असे प्रश्न विचारतात.

`So---that` म्हणजे काय? (म्हणून___की)

'So' चा अर्थ 'म्हणून' असा होतो व 'that' चा वापर करुन पुढील वाक्याचा Subordinate Clause बनवला जातो.


`So---that` केव्हा वापरावे?

जेव्हा दोन वाक्यांचा परस्परांशी संबंध कारण परिणामाचा असतो किंवा एखाद्या घटनेच्या परिणामा मागील जे कारण आहे ते सांगण्यासाठी तेव्हा `So---that` चा उपयोग केला जातो.

दोन वाक्ये एकत्र जोडण्यासाठी `So---that`  चा वापर केला जातो.

`So---that` चा वापर करुन `Complex Sentence` बनवले जाते.


वाक्यात `So---that` कसे वापरावे?

Tree was high.

He can not climb up.

वरील दोन्ही वाक्य भिन्न आहेत पण पहिले वाक्य हे दुसऱ्या वाक्याचे कारण आहे. high या विशेषणापूर्वी so चा वापर करूया पुढील वाक्य जसेच्या तसे लिहू. पहिले वाक्य लिहिल्यानंतर ने दुसरे वाक्य that जोडू. वरील दोन्ही वाक्यात So---that चा वापरून Tree was so high that he can not climb up. अशा प्रकारे वाक्य तयार होते.

`So---that` चा वापर करताना वाक्याचा अर्थ समजून घावा व कोणत्या दोन गोष्टींचा सबंध व्यक्त करायचा आहे ते निश्चित करावे.

Example:

He was tired. He can not run fast.

He was So tired that he can not run fast.


Use `so---that` Make `Complex Sentence`

so---that चा वापर केलेले वाक्य Complex Sentence असते. वरील पद्धतीचा वापर करून आपण दोन वाक्य एकत्र जोडून  Complex Sentence मध्ये करू शकतो.

Example:

King was brave. He can win war.

King was so brave that he can win war.


`too---to` च्या वाक्यात `so---that` चा वापर Remove `too---to` 

पहिल्या घटनेच्या वाक्यात जेथे too लिहिले आहे ते काढावे त्या ऐवजी so हे वापरावे. व दुसऱ्या वाक्यातील क्रियापदाची to ने infinitive  केलेली असते to काढून टाकावे, that चा वापर करून दुसऱ्या घटनेचे वाक्य जोडावे, दुसऱ्या घटनेच्या क्रियापदाच्या वाक्याची रचना subject-verb-object याप्रमाणे करावी आवश्यक असेल तेथे योग्य सह्य्य्कारी क्रियापदाचा वापर करावा किंवा वाक्य नकारार्थी करावे.

Example:

Tree was too high to climb up.

Tree was so high that he can not climb up.

Use `No sooner-than`

Use `No sooner ------------than`.

एका पाठोपाठ घडणाऱ्या घटनांमध्ये केवळ काही क्षणांचेच अंतर असेल आणि त्यांच्या उल्लेख जर एकाच वाक्यात करायचा असेल तर No sooner -----------------than चा उपयोग करतात.
 

No sooner -----------------than  वापरण्याची पध्दती

दोन घटनांच्या वाक्यांशापैकी आधी घडलेल्या घटनेच्या वाक्यांशात सुरुवातीला No sooner लिहावे, त्यांनतर दुसरी घडलेली घटनेचे वाक्य लिहावे, दोन वाक्यांचा मध्ये  than लिहावे.

He ran very fast. नतर घडले

No sooner did he see tiger than he ran very fast.
 

ज्या वाक्याची सुरुवात No sooner ने केली आहे त्या वाक्यात No sooner लिहिल्या  नंतर सहाय्यकरी क्रियापद (do, does, did, am, is, are, was, were, shall, will, have, has, had, can, could, may, might, must) लिहावे.

साहाय्यकारी क्रियापद लिहीत असताना ज्या वाक्याची सुरुवात No sooner ने केली आहे त्या वाक्यातील क्रियापदाच्या काळानुसार साहाय्यकारी क्रियापद विचार करावा

आपण ज्या प्रमाणे प्रश्नार्थक वाक्य व Question tag बनवताना सहाय्यकारी क्रियापदाची निवड करतो त्याप्रमाणे करावी.

No sooner -----than च्या रचनेचे वाक्य वर्तमान काळ, भूतकाळ आणि भविष्यकाळ या तिन्ही काळात येऊ शकते.

जर वाक्यात सहाय्यकारी क्रियापद नसेल तर वाक्यातील क्रियापदाच्या काळा नुसार (do, does, did) सहाय्यकारी क्रियापदाचा वापर करावा.

As soon as ने वाक्याची सुरुवात झाली असेल तर  as soon as काढावे, तेथे no sooner ने वाक्याची सुरुवात करावी दोन वाक्यांच्या मध्ये स्वल्पविराम आहे तो काढावा व त्या जागी than वापरताना

As soon as दोन पध्दतीत वापरता येते.

आधी घडलेल्या घटनेच्या वाक्यांशांत वाक्याचा सुरुवातीला as soon as लिहिले तर  त्यांनतर  दोन वाक्यांचा मध्ये स्वल्पविराम द्यावा व त्यांनतर दुसरी घडलेली घटनेचे वाक्य लिहावे.
 He saw tiger. आधी घडले
He ran very fast. नतर घडले
As soon as he saw tiger, he ran very fast.


२. आधी घडलेल्या घटनेच्या वाक्यांशांत वाक्याच्या शेवटी  as soon as लिहिले तर त्यांनतर दुसरी घडलेली घटनेचे वाक्य लिहावे, दोन वाक्यांचा मध्ये स्वल्पविराम द्यावा लागत नाही.
He saw tiger. आधी घडले
He ran very fast. नतर घडले
He saw tiger as soon as he ran very fast.
No sooner----than च्या वाक्यात as soon as चा वापर करतात
No sooner---than च्या वाक्यात as soon as चा वापर दोन्ही प्रकारे करता येतो.

1. अगोदर घडलेल्या वाक्याच्या सुरवातीला

जर वाक्याच्या सुरुवातीस as soon as वापरत आहोत तर वाक्यातील no sooner काढावे व त्याच्या  जागी as soon as चा वापर करावा व दोन वाक्यांच्या मध्ये जेथे than लिहीले आहे ते काढून त्याजागी स्वल्पविराम द्यावा. 

No sooner--than च्या वाक्यात as sooon as वापरताना no sooner नंतर लिहीले सहाय्यकारी क्रियापद सुरुवातीस लिहू नये त्याच्या काळानुसार वाक्यातील क्रियापदाचा योग्य तो काळ तयार करावा व त्या नुसार सहाय्यकारी क्रियापद वापरावे

2. दोंन्ही वाक्यांच्या मध्ये 

जर दोन वाक्याच्या मध्ये as soon as वापरत आहोत तर वाक्यातील no sooner काढावे व दोन वाक्यांच्या मध्ये जेथे than लिहीले आहे ते काढून as soon as चा वापर करावा.

No sooner--than च्या वाक्यात as sooon as वापरताना no sooner नंतर लिहीले सहाय्यकारी क्रियापद सुरुवातीस लिहू नये त्याच्या काळानुसार वाक्यातील क्रियापदाचा योग्य तो काळ तयार करावा व त्या नुसार सहाय्यकारी क्रियापद वापरावे

Not only ----but also/as well as/and ही समुच्चय दर्शक उभयान्वयी अव्यय आहेत


Not only ----but also/as well as/and ची वापरण्याची पद्धती

1.  Not only—but also - `फक्त हेच नाही पण ते सुद्धा`

Not only—but also चा वापर वाक्यातील ज्या दोन गोष्टी समान आहेत असे दाखवायचे आहे त्यातील पहिल्या गोष्टी च्या पूर्वी Not only चा वापर करावा व पहिल्या गोष्टी नंतर व दुसऱ्या गोष्टी च्या पूर्वी but also वापर करावा

Not only -- but also वापरल्याने वाक्यात `फक्त हेच नाही तर ते सुद्धा`असा अर्थ प्राप्त होतो.

1.  Not only Ram but also Shyam worked very hard.

 2.  Ram was not only clever but also brave person.

3. He not only saw tiger but also ran very fast.

4.  Ram gave not only water but also tea.


2.   As well as - 'तसेच', 'असे सुध्दा'

वाक्यातील ज्या दोन गोष्टी समान आहेत असे दाखवायचे आहे त्यातील पहिल्या गोष्टीच्या नंतर As well as वापर करावा व त्याला जोडून दुसरी गोष्ट लिहावी म्हणजेच दोन गोष्टीच्या मध्ये As well as चा वापर करावा.

As well as वापरल्याने वाक्याला 'तसेच', 'असे सुध्दा' असा अर्थ प्राप्त होतो.

1. Ram as well as Shyam worked very hard.

2. Ram was clever as well as brave person.

3. He saw tiger as well as ran very fast.

4. Ram gave water as well as tea.


3.  And - आणि

वाक्यातील ज्या दोन गोष्टी समान आहेत असे दाखवायचे आहे त्यातील पहिल्या गोष्टीच्या नंतर And वापर करावा व त्याला जोडून दुसरी गोष्ट लिहावी म्हणजेच दोन गोष्टीच्या मध्ये And चा वापर करावा.

वापरलेल्या वाक्याचा अर्थ 'ते आणि हे ' असा अर्थ प्राप्त होतो.

1. Ram and Shyam worked very hard.

2. Ram was clever and brave person.

3. He saw tiger and ran very fast.

4. Ram gave water and tea.


Not only ----but also/as well as/and चे उपयोग

Not only ----but also/as well as/and यांचा उपयोग समूह दर्शवण्यासाठी केला जात असल्याने ती समान वाटतात पण त्यांच्या वापरणे वेगवेगळे अर्थ वाक्यास प्राप्त होतात. वाक्यातील सामन गोष्टी एकत्र एका वाक्यात व्यक्त करण्यासाठी केला जातो.


1.  वाक्यातील एक क्रिया दोन कर्ते जोडण्यासाठी

1. Not only Ram but also Shaym worked very hard.

2. Ram as well as Shaym worked very hard.

3. Ram and Shaym worked very hard.


2.  वाक्यातील एक क्रिया दोन कर्म जोडण्यासाठी,
